I'm in this rather weird period where I have to focus on earlier releases from the year but I still feel compelled to bring you straight newness. I tried to do a good mix of both this week. Linda Oh - Deeper Than Happy I revisited Initial Here earlier this week and fell for this album all over again. THEESatisfaction - Juiced Philip Dizack - Grow There were moments on Dizack's End of an Era that reminded me a little of Christian Scott. Not necessarily in this song, which is great in its own right, but I knew I had to make a set with the both of them at some point. I said I would seek out new music and I did. Oddly enough, a lot of it is sort of straight ahead stuff, which I don't typically do for a whole hour, but I like where this ended up.
